What We’re Looking For

We’re building a team that shares our passion for beauty, confidence, and creating unforgettable client experiences. If you’re ready to grow with a brand that values authenticity, professionalism, and a little bit of glam, you might be the perfect fit.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18+

  • Comfortable showing up on social media (stories, videos, behind the scenes, etc.)

  • Available to work evenings (no weekends)

  • Outgoing, honest, and personable

  • Punctual and dependable

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for beauty

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Comfortable working one-on-one with clients in an intimate setting

  • Clean, professional, and follows hygiene protocols

  • Comfortable recommending products or services

  • Reliable transportation

  • Willing to learn and grow with the brand

  • Able to follow brand protocols and training for consistent client experiences

  • Basic tech/social media skills (booking software, texting clients, Instagram/TikTok)

  • Respects client confidentiality

  • Professional appearance and adherence to brand dress code

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude (even when working solo)

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical movements of spray tanning

  • Open to occasional travel for mobile or pop-up events (if needed)

Pay & Incentives

At Maddie Liz Tans, we believe great work deserves great rewards. Our pay structure is designed to motivate, inspire, and celebrate team members who deliver amazing customer service and help clients find the products and services they’ll love.

Compensation Includes:

  • Hourly Pay – $12 per hour

  • Commission – Earn extra on retail sales, packages, memberships, and more

  • Tips – Keep 100% of your tips for providing excellent service

  • Performance-Based Rewards – We love to recognize and reward team members who go above and beyond for our clients
